  terrible with returning calls

  I have been waiting for months for test results to no prevail. Everytime I call the office, i never get calls returned and the girls that answer are quite rude. I asked for my records to go to another doctor and of course, no return…

  I went in for a consultation, was there under 10 mins. I was charged $250! My insurance paid most of it, but I was still sent a bill for the remainder. The office (DR. Crosby), put the wrong service on the bill so she can be paid more…

  Pros: was not there long enough to know Cons: does not care about their patients

  Don't call and expect to speak to speak to a person. If you're calling for an appointment expect to wait at least 5 min before speaking to someone. If you're leaving a message to have the Dr. call you back for follow up, don't hold your…

  Pros: Take Oxford ins. and close to home in Kingston Cons: Hard to reach an actual human without waiting at least 5 min
