Every time I brought my Outback in for service, they'd manage to break something else - like tearing the dashboard, or not filling the radiator all the way up... avoid these people at ALL COSTS.

We just moved to the area from out of state, and needed to have our 2006 Subaru Forester serviced (oil & filter change, plus the Check Engine light came on). The car was flat-bedded to Goldstein, and Will and Todd got the car back on the road in short order for a reasonable charge. We look forward to our next service appointment with these folks.

... and not a minute for you. The mechanics are real bozos, feels like they've declared war on customers. The receptionist takes all the info over the phone only not to have anything in the computer when I get there... oh yeah, and that's in between being on hold for 2-3 minutes every other sentense. Great job, guys! Shame you are selling such good cars. PROS: large place, nice cars CONS: people
