I was on my way to take my son to day care in Cohoes when my car started jerking and poping and just quit running on the hiway. The tow truck came , and I told him I didnt know who to go to, so I asked the tow truck driver where I should go. He said that Broadway Auto Clinic was a really good place to go, and that are great mechanics and wont rip me off. I live in Scotia, so I never heard of them. But I had it towed there anyway. I have to be honest. I am a single mother and I know nothing about cars . The owner could have told me anything, and I would have believed it. I have nobody to call for advice. I always get ripped off when my car breaks. So I was very scared and though I was going to get really bad news after they looked at it. They drove me to my childs day care, and me to work and called a few hours later. They said that the fuel gage was not reading right, and my car was just out of gas! They put gas in it and it started right up. They gave me a price to fix the gauge, and told me not to let it go below 1/4 tank for now, and I'd be ok until I had the money to fix it. So they came and picked me up from work, and the only thing they charged me for was 20 bucks for the gas they put in it!! I couldnt believe how lucky I was to have found a honest place to go to after my bad luck in the past. The owners names are Rick and Sandra, and they are really nice people. Its a beautiful place too. They even have a big plasma tv in the waiting area ! I will definately go back there when I need something done
Pros: Shuttle, car wash, auto repair HONEST!!
Cons: not one I can think of.

Rick and Sandra are the Dynamic Duo of auto repair. My husband and I have used them for years when they had the little shop in downtown Albany.
Rick and Sandy always give us a sense caring and trust. I am at the point were I don't even ask what things cost, because I know they will cost what they really should... They have never let us down.
They just built a new shop in Menands that is probably the nicest repair shop in the USA. They do it all, and do it well. They now have a quick lube, car wash, detailing center, dog wash, and auto repair. It's like a palace. We jokingly call it the Garaj Mahal.... They now have a shuttle that drives you to and from work as well!
